Restore Fair Access™ exists to expose this unlawful power grab, unite affected stakeholders, and fight to restore an acquisition system built on integrity, true competition, innovation, and fair access for all American businesses. They erased the regulations that implemented it, enforced it, and made it transparent. This unprecedented action silences public input, removes congressional oversight, and puts billions in small business revenue at immediate risk nationwide.
